Supporting Wildfire Recovery and Rebuilding Efforts
Following the January 2025 Eaton Fire and Pacific Palisades Fire, NEO & Associates has remained dedicated to helping homeowners and communities rebuild. Among the first architectural firms to successfully navigate the post-fire permitting process, we secured approved Ready-to-Issue (RTI) building permits for Altadena and Pasadena homeowners in the last 18 months, helping families move forward with rebuilding as quickly as possible.
From custom homes and ADUs to community-serving spaces, we continue to work closely with homeowners affected by the fires in Altadena, Pasadena, Pacific Palisades, and Malibu. Our team understands that rebuilding is about more than construction. It is about restoring stability, creating opportunities for future generations, and helping communities recover stronger than before.
