Edward Osuch, CEO
Fearless Leader
Eddie kicked off his journey with a B. Arch degree from USC in '94. He earned LEED certification in 2002, a move that influences the firm's sustainable designs today. Fast forward to 2010, Eddie got his Architect License in California and reciprocity in several other states. In 2016, Eddie pursued his entrepreneurial spirit by starting NEO & Associates Inc. With a passion for both the art and the client journey, Eddie started to explore his vision of what an architecture firm could be.
Nicholas Voell-White
Designer of Dreams
Raised in upstate New York, Nicholas earned their Masters in Architecture in 2013 and licensure in Nevada in 2021. They pour all of their efforts into building strong Architecture with strong people.
Angel Esparza
Dream Weaver
Angel is a self-motivated and progress-driven specialized designer and urban development professional problem-solver. He has extensive skills in creating elaborate diagrams and drawings. He has experience working in the field and is an outgoing architecture student pursuing the goal of fully completing his career. His in-depth knowledge of the tools of the trade help him succeed.
Our Story
Once upon a time, in the sun-drenched city of San Marino, California, a visionary architect decided to do things a bit differently. He envisioned a firm where creativity knows no bounds and client service is unparalleled. Thus, in the early 2015, NEO & Associates Inc. was born.
Led by Edward Osuch, an Architect with a flair for 3D imagery, the team brought a fresh perspective to the architectural scene. Edward, a USC alumnus with a knack for design and a passion for sustainability, laid the cornerstone for the firm's ethos:

As the digital age unfolded, NEO & Associates, Inc. stretched its wings, expanding its remote teams to Nevada, Washington, and Texas. From 3D visual artists to experts in LEED-certified designs, the staff of about six is as diverse as the projects they tackle.
It's not just about blueprints and renderings; it's about walking clients through the entire journey—from conceptualizing an idea to the thrill of watching it come to life. Whether it's designing a cozy home or a towering commercial complex, the NEO team provides more than just service; they offer an experience.
But it's not all work and no play. Staff meetings often start with "What interesting thing did you find this weekend?" keeping the conversation fun and the inspiration flowing. The firm's remote-first approach also means flexible hours and virtual calls that sometimes feature guest appearances by team members' pets.
