Edward Osuch

Fearless Leader

Eddie kicked off his journey with a degree from USC in '94. He earned LEED certification in 2002, a move that still influences the firm's sustainable designs today. Fast forward to 2010, Eddie got his California architect license. It wasn't until 2016 that Eddie took the entrepreneurial plunge, starting NEO & Associates. With a passion for both the art and the client journey, Eddie's got his eye on what's next—just like the rest of the NEO team.

Nicholas Voell-White

Designer of Dreams

Raised in upstate New York, Nicholas earned their Masters in Architecture in 2013 and licensure in Nevada in 2021. They pour all of their efforts into building strong Architecture with strong people.

Patricia Batalha

Peripheral Designer

Born and raised in Brazil, Patricia Bataha graduated from Universidade Estacio de Sa, Rio de Janeiro - Brazil. Their passion is to design and create: being able to show the world their vision. That's what they love about their profession: being able to make a stand in a city.

Jaclyn McDowell

Empathic Space Design Navigator

Hailing from the Pacific Northwest, Jaclyn pursued her passion for creating compassionate, human-centered environments. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where she earned her M.Arch in 2017. She firmly believes that architecture has the power to inspire and comfort, and she dedicates herself to crafting spaces that echo this philosophy, enriching the lives of those who inhabit them.

Bushra Muhammadi

Sustainable Design Advocate - Designer

Her passion lies in seamlessly integrating profound cultural insights with a sustainable design philosophy, resulting in the development of comprehensive and harmonious architectural experiences. In her free time, you'll often find her attending workshops and participating in lectures as she work towards obtaining her architectural license and LEED accreditation.

Maya Colucci

Spatial Wizard

Maya is an accomplished architectural designer with over seven years of experience, with a unique fusion of mathematics and design. Her career has taken her to various cities, allowing her to work on diverse projects. She always has a hands-on approach, involvement in all project phases, and commitment to delivering practical, client-focused designs.

Angel Esparza

Dream Weaver

Angel is a self-motivated and progress-driven specialized designer and urban development professional problem-solver. He has extensive skills in creating elaborate diagrams and drawings. He has experience working in the field and is an outgoing architecture student pursuing the goal of fully completing his career. His in-depth
knowledge of the tools of the trade help him succeed.

Raul Sierra

Simultaneity Designer

Raul is an experienced project designer with a demonstrated history in the design industry. Skilled in various design software and strong arts and design skills, he graduated from Texas Tech University (B.S. in Arch.) and Boston Architectural College (M.Arch). He has strong experience on many scales of projects and many aspects of project management from schematic/concept phase through construction administration.

Renee Michelson

Visionary & Vibe Consultant

Passionate about authenticity, Renée has traveled to 30 countries, with her wanderlust driving her to explore even more. Her global adventures have exposed her to a rich tapestry of cultures, enabling her to collaborate with individuals from all walks of life. Renée champions the essence of distinctiveness. She recognizes that each unique structure carries the power to shape and transform the communities that surround them.

Our Story

Once upon a time, in the sun-drenched city of San Marino, California, a visionary architect decided they wanted to do things a bit differently. They envisioned a firm where creativity knows no bounds and client service is unparalleled. Thus, in the summer of 2018, NEO & Associates was born.

Led by Edward M. Osuch, an Architect with a flair for 3D imagery, the team brought a fresh perspective to the architectural scene. Edward, a USC alumnus with a knack for design and a passion for sustainability, laid the cornerstone for the firm's ethos:

As the digital age unfolded, NEO & Associates stretched its wings, expanding its remote teams to Las Vegas, Washington State, and Texas. From 3D visual artists to experts in LEED-certified designs, the staff of about 10 is as diverse as the projects they tackle.

It's not just about blueprints and renderings; it's about walking clients through the entire journey—from conceptualizing an idea to the thrill of watching it come to life. Whether it's designing a cozy home or a towering commercial complex, the NEO team provides more than just service; they offer an experience.

But it's not all work and no play. Staff meetings often start with "What interesting thing did you find this weekend?" keeping the conversation fun and the inspiration flowing. The firm's remote-first approach also means flexible hours and virtual calls that sometimes feature guest appearances by team members' pets.

And so, NEO & Associates continues to grow, proving that architecture is more than just walls and floors; it's about creating spaces that make people feel at home, in every sense of the word.
