Sunken Hillside

A modern hillside residence. This three-story single-family residence was designed to elevate a very steep site. The challenge with the topography and code restrictions wasn't a barrier to achieve a successful design. A 3 bedroom with a master suite and a study room, with an open living room and kitchen floor plan, allowing us to integrate the exterior balcony, making this experience even more amazing. To finish off, a roof top allows the family to enjoy free time and generates an open space outdoor area where it would not be possible with existing topography conditions.
