Completely exterior renovation with a master suite addition. This project is an example of how you can achieve good design under budget. We were able to simply repair and repaint existing stucco wall and renovate and add some architectural canopy to the main entry, reconfigure this entire house. Also by elevating and separating the addition roof from the existing, allows us to add a more modern look and upgraded aesthetics to the back of the property, this also increased the ceiling height of the interior of the living room.
