Since the January 2025 Eaton Fire and Pacific Palisades Fire impacted communities throughout Los Angeles County, NEO & Associates Inc. has helped nearly a dozen homeowners move forward with rebuilding in Altadena, Pasadena, Pacific Palisades, Malibu, and surrounding communities.

Our team has successfully guided homeowners through architectural design, permitting, city approvals, and construction planning, securing multiple Ready-to-Issue (RTI) building permits and helping families return home as quickly as possible.

This residential reconstruction project transforms fire recovery plans into a modern two-story custom home alongside a newly constructed Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU). Our architects designed the project to maximize scenic mountain vistas, expansive outdoor living, and functional interior layouts, the development encompasses two distinct living structures:

Main House

• Architectural Layout: A custom two-story design featuring elevated ceilings and an open ground-floor living area, anchored by an upper-level primary suite.

• Exterior & Features: Highlighted by expansive front windows framing surrounding mountain views, a covered front porch, and a large outdoor entertaining deck designed for indoor-outdoor living.

Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU)
