San Clemente Multi-Unit Addition

Very challenging to propose an ADU on top of a single-family dwelling at a multi-family lot. We like challenges and this one is to bring a very modern and innovative design to an ADU to San Clemente City. Located in a historical house neighborhood we were able to use and achieve a good design without disturbing the historical house around us. This two bedroom attached ADU will also have an open outdoor deck.
