NEO & Associates Inc. remodel of an existing fully conditioned, occupied retail space into an Ace Hardware store.

• Location and Project: The project is located in Agoura Hills at the Ace Westlake Hardware store, which previously operated as a Rite Aid.

• Floor Restoration: The existing flooring was reused and completely refinished.

• Ceiling and Lighting: The entire ceiling was replaced to provide even lighting, which improves the shopping environment and enhances security.

• Space Expansion: Structural spaces at the back were opened up to expand the store and make it feel significantly larger.

• Shelving Installation: Attached side-racked shelving was added to accommodate full utilization for store displays.
