Gentle Hills

Currently in the design phase, this project includes the design of two single family homes on a large hillside lot that will be split through California Senate Bill 9. Both homes are designed to fit the natural topography and take advantage of the beautiful views from the sloping site.

Each residence will have it's own unique design and feature various spaces centered around family gatherings and communal events. The homes will be around 6000 SF and include five bedrooms with en-suite bath, open floor plan living room / kitchen / dining, and pool with outdoor lounge spaces.
